This page describes what we collect when you use winrate and how we keep that data protected. We take your privacy seriously and operate according to the data-protection laws of the jurisdictions in which we provide our services.
Our platform offers live-dealer tables, sportsbook markets, slot games, and esports coverage where local law permits. Our payment systems record transaction details—amount, method, timestamp, and your account ID—to reconcile deposits and withdrawals. If you fund your account via DANA or e-wallet, those payment processors share transaction status with us; we do not store your payment card numbers or mobile wallet credentials directly.
We collect browsing data through cookies and server logs: your IP address, device type, pages visited, time spent on our live-dealer tables or sportsbook, and betting activity. This helps us prevent fraud, detect account abuse, improve our platform performance, and understand which games (blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Gates of Olympus, or Free Fire esports markets) are most popular during Liga 1 or Piala AFF seasons.

Cookies and tracking
Our website and mobile app use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and measure how you interact with our platform. Data storage and international transfer

We work with payment processors (QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment providers), hosting companies, and fraud-detection services. Each processor signed a data-processing agreement committing them to protect your information and use it only for the service they provide to us. We may disclose your information to law enforcement, tax authorities, or financial regulators if required by law or court order. We will notify you of such requests unless prohibited by law.
